Pavilion Dance South West (PDSW) in Bournemouth is a house of dance. It is a place where people can watch dance - live and on screen - and where all ages and abilities can find a great variety of dance and movement classes to take part in.  It is also an art gallery and a creation space. Since opening its doors in 2010, PDSW has not only supported dance artists in the creation of new work but has also invited visual artists to contribute to and accompany this creative process by joining dancers and choreographers in the studio.

Harriet Muller likes to push herself to discover new techniques: “You have less time to capture detail so the medium you use is very important. I found by using an iPad and stylus I could produce quick drawings as the stylus flowed across the screen with less resistance than a pen or paintbrush. It led me to explore digital drawing and I developed a minimalist style to capture the essence of the dance.
