11 June - 18 June

Did you know that the University of Exeter undertakes a wide range of research, addressing issues affecting many of us at the moment - such as Environment and Sustainability or Global Uncertainties? These are just two of the University’s research themes that artists have been engaging with to create works for a new free art exhibition based in the Forum on the University’s Streatham campus. The exhibition, entitled ‘Observatory: perspectives on landscape, society and spirit’ will feature work by 40 selected artists from the south west region. During the exhibition week there will be a range of free additional events, including guided walks around the unique botanical grounds, a tour of the Bill Douglas Cinema Museum and Think Art, a research and art related family activity day.
