MARTIN CODY: WORKING
FROM MEMORY
“Sculptor Martin Cody has created a site specific work to fill the Heritage Courtyard
Studios and Gallery in Wells. The title
‘Working From Memory’
summarises the process
of making and thinking over a set time period. This remarkable work of art proposes a
direct relationship between the viewer and the work. The viewer ‘here and now’ is
constant as a feature of the work, which makes it such an accessible and memorable
creation.”
